You can't visit the sights with your pets, of course, but admire them from the outside!
Frauenkirche or the Church of the Mother of God icon
The Frauenkirche or the Church of the Mother of God Icon is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Dresden. Originally, this Lutheran church was built in the 18th century. In 1783 a huge dome was erected to crown the cathedral, which consists of two shells, an inner and an outer case. The church was built using the “archaeological renovation” method. On the dome you can admire the wonderful panorama of Dresden and the Elbe.

The Zwinger is an impressive palace complex built between 1710 and 1732. Located opposite Dresden Castle, it consists of six stunning pavilions connected by galleries. Today the Zwinger houses several museums, including an interesting museum with a rich collection of porcelain; and the Weapons Museum, where you can see German ceremonial weapons, historical armor and more. In the palace there is a wing known as the Galerie von Zimper, Old Masters Picture Gallery. In the Old Masters Picture Gallery, visitors can admire the paintings of the great old masters, including van Deike, Rubens and Raphael. One of the most popular and most photographed attractions of Zwinger is the Crown Gate, the architectural masterpiece in the style of high Italian baroque and the beautiful fountain "Bath of Nymphs".
The Panneau "Princely March"
The panel "Princes' March" is the attraction that can be admired with the dog. The Panneau is a huge wall of tiles placed on one side of the former stable courtyard of the Dresden Residenzpalast. The panel shows the parade riding march of the Saxon rulers of different times, beginning with Konrad von Meißen from 1127 to 1918. At the beginning of the 20th century, the panel was destroyed by the effects of the weather. In order to obtain a unique work, the masters paved the panel out of 25,000 titmouse porcelain tiles. Today, the "Princes' March" panel is considered to be the largest tiled panel in the world.
